Next Generation Sequencing applications allow whole genome analysis of coding as well as non-coding RNA at an unprecedented level. Current technologies, like the ABI SOLiD, used by MGCF, allow for the generation
of several hundred million data points in a single instrument run. In this presentation we will present examples of the data analysis for the following applications:

• RNA-Seq
• Digital Gene Expression (DGE)
• Small RNA
