GeneSifter® Analysis Edition:
Whole Transcriptome Analysis using Next Generation Sequencing

Global profiling
See the complexity of RNA expression beyond the gene level and in to the transcript variant level with a genome-wide, quantitative, base by base analysis of the RNAs in your sample(s). For known genes, exon usage and splice event data are presented in an easy to view list with integrated genome browser (Figure 1). Potentially novel RNAs are also presented in an easy to view list with integrated genome browser allowing you to begin qualifying whether novel RNAs represent novel genes, extensions of UTRs, etc. Altogether, the whole transcriptome analysis pipeline gives you the confidence to identify known transcript variants expressed and potentially novel RNA species in your sample(s).
